Many economists have commented on the scenario of the UK leaving the EU. None has predicted that the UK would become a 'coolie economy'. Many predict that the economy would expand and prosper as has Norway's, Greenland's (which did secede, and Switzerland among many other European nations. There are no known economic gurus who say that the UK would suffer financially or economically as a result of withdrawal from the EU.
