All the major political leaders of the EU claim that the aim of Nice is to produce a superstate, all that is except Mr Cook and Mr Blair. Why should we believe him and dismiss Shroder, Chirac, Fischer, Prodi and many others as liars? Why does Mr Cook not mention Corpus Juris, Euro army, Euro police, Euro passports, Euro anthem, charter of Fundamental Rights?
