At last Mr Cook pens a statement of fact "Europe makes us stronger because 15 or more nations together are better able to fight cross-border crime, drugs, pollution and unemployment". Why? Why do we need a EU superstate to achieve this? Very unconvincing Mr Cook. If that is your best reason forget it because you lose the argument.
